Alex leverages localized sustainability solutions to deliver energy efficiency to grocery and retail customers in Oregon. Off the clock, you'll find Alex crafting in his workshop, attending live music, or peacefully wandering through nature.

Julie has over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and product and program management. She has a passion for helping individuals and organizations grow to their next level and has enjoyed building teams, guiding organizations through growth and change, and designing products and services. When she is not at work, Julie can be found going on walks, reading books, or laughing at her own “dad” jokes.
Lacey Hayes
Outreach Manager

Lacey brings years of property management experience to her role. She focuses on connecting grocery and retail partners with incentives that promote energy efficiency improvements. Her expertise allows her to effectively bridge the gap between partners and available programs. She is dedicated to advancing environmental sustainability. Outside of work, she enjoys playing with her dogs, baking, traveling, and introducing her children to new cultures and experiences.
Nate Ford
Senior Analyst

Nate is driven to find ways for smarter energy use in the New Buildings sector. Prior to joining Waypoint, he worked in education both as a high school English teacher and as a development member at a small nonprofit. In his free time, he loves to play tennis in the park, go rafting on one of Oregon’s beautiful rivers, or relax in the backyard with his wife and dog.
Austin Alvey Aguilera

Austin is currently the healthcare and data centers energy advisor for an Existing Buildings program in Oregon. Previously, Austin worked with the Industrial Assessment Center at Oregon State University as an energy analyst; and has extensive experience within Energy Trust of Oregon. In his spare time Austin enjoys reading fantasy novels, gaming (of many kinds), skiing, and fencing.
Jenn Loukotka

Jenn brings over 12 years of experience improving the built environment and advancing the energy economy. She has managed utility energy efficiency programs across both residential and commercial sectors and draws on a strong foundation in market research to support effective program design and delivery. In her free time, she enjoys woodworking in her home shop and chasing after her young son.
Kathryn Eggers
Program Manager

Kathryn has more than 20 years of experience managing and supporting projects that reduce energy use in existing buildings while educating individuals on actions they can take to reduce their environmental impact at work and at home. In her free time Kathryn enjoys exploring the outdoors, typically by bike or on foot, reading and spending time with family and friends.
Mia Bostic

Mia is responsible for the first touch outreach to customers within the energy sector, incorporating her experience in Experiential Marketing and B2B Business Development. She has worked on consumer engagement programs with ComEd and has honed her skills in outbound sales prospecting within the B2B tech sector. With a background in Film and a passion for tech, digital media, and sustainability, Mia is dedicated to making a positive impact in the world!
Nikki Burton

Nikki relies on her love of communication and networking to engage with folks in the government sector, planning for and implementing energy efficiency measures. She works with stakeholders in different local, state, and federal agencies, helping prioritize and manage project timelines. Nikki loves spending time with her family, specifically playing board and card games (Cribbage!), traveling, and learning new trivia facts.

Christina brings a passion for empowering businesses and communities with the tools they need to thrive. With experience turning plans into action, Christina helps businesses in Central Oregon better utilize energy efficiency resources while building meaningful connections to achieve lasting conservation outcomes. Away from her desk, she is happiest on a trail, paddleboarding, or indulging in pastries found during a weekend road trip.

Jesse uses his background in energy services and program management to help clients in the commercial sector access incentives to optimize the efficiency and performance of their new building projects. Jesse is driven by his passion for the environment and his desire to drive carbon emission reductions in commercial spaces. In his free time, Jesse is a musician, athlete, and father who loves the outdoors, music, sports and spending quality time with friends and family.

Kristina helps public and private building owners identify and implement cost-effective property improvements. With a background in commercial real estate development and landscape architecture, she brings a multidisciplinary lens to energy solutions. Kristina enjoys working with strategic partners to advance long-term resilience. On weekends, she’s dabbling in horticulture, crafting, or at the beach with her dog.
Mitchell Gentry

Mitchell utilizes both his educational and professional background to help drive incentive-based energy efficiency programs in the affordable multifamily sector. Prior to joining waypoint Mitchell worked with one of the top affordable housing investment corporations in the state of California. Where he gained the knowledge and skills to help promote energy savings within the industry. When Mitchell is not at work, he loves to be in the outdoors with his two dogs, coaching youth basketball, and playing recreational sports.
Rob Hall

For 22 years, Rob has worked on energy management in a range of roles, including marketing and communications, program development, employee training, behavior change strategies, and mentorship. He focuses on helping Small Businesses improve operations and lower utility bills. Outside of work, he’s either disappearing into a forest or into a good sci-fi book.

Dan uses his passion for project management and community engagement to bring energy incentives to clients in North-Eastern Oregon for the Existing Buildings Program. With a background in maintenance and engineering, he strives to help his local communities with efficiency and conservation. In his free time, he loves hunting, fishing, and exploring the wonderful outdoors that Oregon has to offer.

Joe works to bring financial incentives to clients in the large office commercial real estate sector. He uses his property and project management background, along with his passion for conservation, to assist clients in the upgrade process.
