Waypoint Energy was founded in 2009 on a simple premise: commercial real estate and utility energy efficiency programs shouldn't feel like two different worlds. For more than 16 years, we've been the bridge between them, translating the complexity of utility incentive programs into real opportunities for building owners, property managers, and facility teams across the country. We're a woman-owned, WBE-certified firm, and we bring the kind of implementation experience that only comes from doing this work in the field for over a decade and a half.

Our roots are in commercial real estate, and that's shaped everything about how we operate. When the pandemic reshuffled the CRE deck and our partners started diversifying into more resilient asset classes like industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use, we adapted right alongside them. Today we work across the full spectrum of commercial market segments, bringing the same expertise and the same energy whether we're in a high-rise office tower, a distribution warehouse, or a multifamily community.
