This year’s theme for Greenbuild 2017 is “we are all in”- covering the whole range of topics related to green building and sustainability, to touch on all the social, political, and environmental challenges that our world is facing today. Waypoint Energy’s VP of Utility Solutions, Emily Pearce, and Manager of Professional Services, Marta Schantz, are beyond excited to be heading to Boston, MA to support this pressing theme at Greenbuild 2017. The summit is a 3-day conference and expo from November 8-10, attended by over 25,000 green building and design professionals and sustainability leaders consisting of exhibit halls, engaging education sessions, workshops and green building tours.
Greenbuild continues to be one of the most innovative and thought-provoking conferences in our industry. We look forward to learning about current and future practices, getting inspired, and speaking to leaders who walk the talk. The tricky part comes when it’s time to choose which sessions to attend – so many interesting and impactful topics! – since Greenbuild is all in. Here are a few that have peaked our interest:
We are geeked out to be attending the Thursday plenary headlined by President Bill Clinton and Friday’s closing plenary featuring astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson. of course, Greenbuild also has great opportunities for networking and fun like the Greenbuild Celebration on Wednesday featuring The Revivalists. It’s always a pleasure to catch up with our energy efficiency and commercial real estate friends, colleagues, and clients at the conference - email email@example.com and let us know if you’ll be there! Are you all in for Greenbuild 2017?
